8:00am - 10:00 am - Simple Numbers Profitability Playbook (2 hours)
Instructor: Brandon Grey
Contractors will learn the keys to run a profitable business and how to remain profitable while they grow. 

10:00am - 12:00pm - Alabama Energy Code: Energy Efficiency (2 hours) - ALABAMA SPECIFIC
Instructor: Bret Warren
At the completion of the course, participants should come away with a deeper understanding of how and why the code was adopted and an appreciation of the steps taken to make the code cost effective while allowing for individual choice by less restrictive compliance options.

1:00pm - 3:00pm - The Customer Experience (2 hours)
Instructor: Michael LeCorgne
This 2-credit hour course will help you learn to deliver the best experience for the difficult homeowner by setting expectations, using the right warranty, and saying NO!
