This class covers the basics of what owners and industry professionals need to consider while making sure that they have the coverage they need on the job. It examines vehicle and equipment coverage, safety, workman's compensation, bonding, and other important insurance issues.

Residential construction performance guidelines is the most widely used recommendation by the home building and remodeling industry on how homes should perform during the warranty period. This course explains the why and the how to help builders and remodelers manage customer expectations and resolve customer complaints, while delivering high–performance homes.

1:00 pm - 3:00 pm - Alabama Energy Code I: Energy Efficiency (2 CE Hours) - ALABAMA SPECIFIC
Instructor: Bret Warren
At the completion of the course, participants should come away with a deeper understanding of how and why the code was adopted and an appreciation of the steps taken to make the code cost effective while allowing for individual choice by less restrictive compliance options.
