All HBAA members are invited to join us in Montgomery for our first statewide meeting of the year, the 2023 HBAA Winter Meeting, taking place February 28-March 1, 2023 at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa.

The Winter Meeting will provide a preview of plans for the association for the year as members hear from various councils and committees, as well as an overview of the HBAA’s agenda for the 2023 Legislative Session. Four of the committee meetings (Investment Property Owners Council, General Session, Local Presidents, and Remodelers) have been approved by the Alabama Home Builders Licensure Board for one hour each of continuing education credit toward builders’ annual license renewal CE requirements.

The 2023 Winter Meeting will feature a lunch on Tuesday with special guest Robert Dietz, Chief Economist for the National Association of Home Builders, who will deliver an economic forecast and in-depth look at the state of housing in 2023.

The Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa will be the host hotel for the 2023 HBAA Winter Meeting. The HBAA has reserved a block of rooms there for Winter Meeting attendees with rates beginning at $169 per night. The room block deadline is January 27, 2023.
