Since 1999, the Home Builders Association of Alabama (HBAA) has been the leader in providing Qualified Credentialed Inspector (QCI) training in Alabama. This award-winning program, a joint effort between the HBAA and ADEM, provides basic tools and strategies to help achieve and maintain compliance with the stormwater rule at all construction sites. Engineers with TTL, professionals in erosion and sediment control who are ADEM-approved, will teach the course.
