Residential Construction Performance Guidelines

Course Description: Residential construction performance guidelines are the most widely used
recommendations by the home building and remodeling industry on how homes should perform during the warranty period. This course explains the why and the how to help builders and remodelers manage
customer expectations and resolve customer complaints while delivering high-performance homes.
The Alabama Home Builders Licensure Board has approved this class for 3 hours of continuing education.

Instructor: Tom Gotschall (3-hour CE Class)
Course Description: Many home builders and remodelers can build great projects and keep them on
budget. Perhaps they can even manage the flow of work "in their heads". Some individuals may benefit from a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of planning and scheduling, presented in an effective and visually appealing manner. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss scheduling challenges, be offered some "hands-on" scheduling exercises, and be given sample templates to develop further.
