Builders, get your Continuing Education Credit Hours met in one day at your local HBA office in Mobile!

On Thursday, October 10th starting at 8:30 am the HBA will be offering two 3-hour credit courses. Members can choose to take one course or both.

Classes will be held at the HBA office at 1613 South University Blvd., Mobile, AL 36609

These classes have been approved by the Alabama Home Builders Licensure Board for 3 hours of continuing education and one is Alabama Specific.

Person attending the class must be the license holder or the Designated Qualified Representative.

8:30 am - 11:30 am - Arbitration: How do you choose, when to use (3 hours)

12:30pm - 3:30 pm - Alabama Contracts & Law (3 hours)
Instructor: Jamie Durham
This course is a comprehensive overview of Alabama specific home building contracts and law. Topics include contract basics, HBAA contracts, change orders, the closing, risk of loss, warranties and arbitration.ALABAMA SPECIFIC
