Many home builders and remodelers can deliver exceptional projects while staying on budget.  Perhaps they can even manage the flow of the work “in their heads”.  Some individuals may benefit from a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of planning and scheduling, presented in an effective and visually appealing manner.
 
In this 3–hour seminar, the professional builder will learn:
• The basics of planning and scheduling
• Scheduling concepts and terminology
• Schedule writing options (including “off the shelf” applications and high-end options)
• Effective communication tips and analysis of the planned schedule vs. the actual performed schedule.
 
Participants will have the opportunity to discuss scheduling challenges, be offered some “hands-on” scheduling exercises, and be given sample templates to develop further.

This course explains the why and the how to help builders and remodelers manage customer expectations and resolve customer complaints, while delivering high–performance homes.
